I fell in love with Afric Sauce at first taste. Although it is a well-blended sauce, I was able to taste many of the subtle flavors, especially the tomatoes, peppers, and spices. I was raised in an Italian American family, so of course I was familiar with foods using those ingredients. Afric sauce is unique in its flavor, while reminding me of some of my grandmother’s favorite recipes.
I prepared a mixture of chickpeas, onions, and potatoes, and seasoned it with Afric sauce. I was honestly amazed at how delicious it was. I plan to get the cookbook and try many other recipes.
It’s delicious and good for you at the same time. I have purchased bottles for friends and family.
