An Afric Sauce family staple dish - impress your friends with this simple healthy traditional dish.

INSTRUCTIONS
INGREDIENTS:
4 large plantains
2-3 cups canola oil
1 tbsp sea salt
Afric Sauce
PROCESS:
Pour oil in a frying pan and place in a medium heat.
Peel off the plantain’s skin
cut off both ends
make a shallow cut from one end to the other
Remove the skin.
Cut peeled plantains into your preferred shapes (diagonal, cube or circle).
Sprinkle cut plantains with salt.
Gently add cut plantains into medium hot oil, stir and leave to fry until golden brown on both sides. Pay attention while frying to avoid burning.
Remove fried plantains from oil with a perforated frying spoon onto a wire rack or pan lined with paper towel
Allow the oil to drain off. Serve with Afric Sauce as dipping sauce.
